Firstly weigh out all your ingredients.
Add all of your ingredients to a blender I use a nutribullet
Heat a frying pan with the coconut oil so its melted and warm
Pour 3 small pancakes into the pan and let them sizzle
Leave them for 2/3 mins on one side then flip
Cook to your desired time, i like mine with a nice crisp edge
Set 3 of the pancakes to the side and fry the next 3
Repeat the process. Then while still warm start stacking
Keeping the pancakes healthy i added some agarve nectar and fresh raspberries, you could add any topping of your choice, Peanut butter and bananas, the choice is yours!
