Healthy Banana Protein Pancake Stack

- 1 Blender
- 1 Frying Pan
Ingredients
- 1 Whole Banana Chopped
- 1 cup Oats
- 1/3 cup Oat Milk
- 2 Scoops Trimbella Banana Protein
- 1 Tsp Cinamon
- 1/2 Tsp Baking Powder
- 2 Eggs
- 1 Tsp Coconut oil For frying
- 1 Tbsp Agarve Nectar Drizzle on at the end
- 1 Cup Fresh Raspberries Choice of Topping
Instructions
- Firstly weigh out all your ingredients.
- Add all of your ingredients to a blender I use a nutribullet
- Heat a frying pan with the coconut oil so its melted and warm
- Pour 3 small pancakes into the pan and let them sizzle
- Leave them for 2/3 mins on one side then flip
- Cook to your desired time, i like mine with a nice crisp edge
- Set 3 of the pancakes to the side and fry the next 3
- Repeat the process. Then while still warm start stacking
- Keeping the pancakes healthy i added some agarve nectar and fresh raspberries, you could add any topping of your choice, Peanut butter and bananas, the choice is yours!
Notes
Tip - you can use an alternative protein powder however trimbella banana protein is recommended for flavour and nutrition benefits.
