Quick and Easy Cinnabuns

  • 1 8 Inch Loose Bottom Tin
  • 1 Sharp Knife
  • 1 Parchment Paper

Ingredients
  

  • 1 Roll Pre Rolled Puff Pastry
  • 3 Tablespoons Caster Sugar
  • 1 1/2 Tablespoons Cinnamon
  • 1 Egg
  • 100 Grams Icing Sugar
  • 3 Teaspoons Water

Instructions
 

  • Firstly pre heat your oven to 180 Degrees Fan and mix together your cinnamon and caster sugar
    3 Tablespoons Caster Sugar, 1 1/2 Tablespoons Cinnamon
  • Lightly flour your surface and unroll your pre rolled puff pastry taking off the parchment paper

  • Coat the whole pastry sheet with your cinnamon sugar mix and use a spoon to level it out
  • Beat one egg into a bowl - use this as an egg wash to seal the edges starting from the narrow side

  • Tightly roll your pastry into a neat roll and seal at the end with some more egg wash.
  • Next using a sharp knife cut into 9 even slices - i scored the pastry first to check they were all evenly spaced
  • Line your tin with parchment paper and start placing your rolls in, leaving a small gap between for them to puff
  • Egg wash the tops and sides
  • Bake for 40 Minutes or until golden and brown
  • Mix your icing sugar and water and drizzle over the freshly warm cinnabuns
    3 Teaspoons Water, 100 Grams Icing Sugar
  • Take out of the tin and place onto a serving plate and enjoy
