Firstly pre heat your oven to 180 Degrees Fan and mix together your cinnamon and caster sugar
3 Tablespoons Caster Sugar, 1 1/2 Tablespoons Cinnamon
Lightly flour your surface and unroll your pre rolled puff pastry taking off the parchment paper

Coat the whole pastry sheet with your cinnamon sugar mix and use a spoon to level it out
Beat one egg into a bowl - use this as an egg wash to seal the edges starting from the narrow side

Tightly roll your pastry into a neat roll and seal at the end with some more egg wash.
Next using a sharp knife cut into 9 even slices - i scored the pastry first to check they were all evenly spaced
Line your tin with parchment paper and start placing your rolls in, leaving a small gap between for them to puff
Egg wash the tops and sides
Bake for 40 Minutes or until golden and brown
Mix your icing sugar and water and drizzle over the freshly warm cinnabuns
3 Teaspoons Water, 100 Grams Icing Sugar
Take out of the tin and place onto a serving plate and enjoy
